Tire: Inside Tire Paints
Chem-Trend's custom formulations, by definition, mean they
can meet the specific requirements for a customer's particular process
needs. These paints provide excellent slip to allow the bladder
to locate easily inside the uncured tire during the shaping process.
The result is a well-centered tire, helping to reduce curing defect
levels and improving tire uniformity. And at the end of the curing
cycle, Chem-Trend's inside tire paints provide the effective
release needed to remove the tire from the bladder.

Filled
Inside Tire Paints |
| |
Chem-Trend's
Mono-Lube® filled inside tire paints help disburse any air
that becomes trapped between the tire and the curing bladder
during loading into the press and the start of the shaping process.
Advanced Mono-Lube® formulations have special additives
that help eliminate trapped air, center the tire and ensure
defect-free tires.

Unfilled
Inside Tire Paints |
| |
Chem-Trend's
unfilled products are utilized where the improved cosmetic appearance
of the finished tire is needed. These Mono-Lube® tire paints
provide the slip required -- and the release at the end of the
cure cycle -- to ensure a first-class tire is produced each
round. Mono-Lube® unfilled inside tire paints are intended
for application to each tire.

Durable

This family
is based on reactive chemistry to allow transfer from the inside
of a treated tire to the surface of the curing bladder. These
paints allow the release of multiple untreated tires before
replenishment becomes necessary. Chem-Trend has the largest
range of these products available to the tire industry. |
